My Prayer For You (Mi Oración Por Ti)


There have been many significant moments in my journey with God. Looking back the road is clearly marked by intersections of grace, altars of worship, and stones of remembrance. 

One of the sweetest moments in my journey actually happened one day as I was standing at the kitchen sink. I was suddenly so overcome by the realization of God's love for me that tears began to pour down my face. I stood there sobbing from the power and beauty of it. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the love of God! 

I've always known God loved me, but there have been special times in my journey when my comprehension of that love expanded dramatically. And every time God increases my understanding of His love, it's even sweeter than before! 

If I could pray one thing for you, this would be it. 

Regardless of your circumstances, where you've been in the past, or what you might be fearing about the future, this is my prayer for you:

May you have 
a greater revelation, 
a deeper understanding, 
a sweeter experience
of the Love of God for you. (Zephaniah 3:17)

May you be overwhelmed and overcome by the power of God's love flowing over you! (Psalm 36:5)

May you cry tears of joy as you consider this great love that surrounds you. (Psalm 107:31,43)

May every moment of experiencing God's love be sweeter than the one before. (Psalm 63:3)

May you grow to KNOW more and more the Love God has for you! (1 John 4:16a)


Almighty God, for all who read these words, I pray these things because I know they are already on your heart. And I know you will answer and do abundantly above what we could ask or think! Praise your name!


I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. -Ephesians 3:16-19

Mi Oración Por Ti

Ha habido muchos momentos significativos en mi viaje con Dios. Al mirar atrás, el camino está claramente marcado por intersecciones de gracia, altares de alabanza y piedras de recordatorio.

Uno de los momentos más dulces en mi viaje sucedió un día mientras estaba parada ante el lavaplatos. De repente me sentí tan sobrecogida al darme cuenta del amor de Dios por mí que comenzaron a rodar lágrimas por mi rostro. Estaba allí parada sollozando ante el poder y la belleza de esto. ¡Estaba absolutamente sobrecogida por el amor de Dios!

Siempre he sabido que Dios me ama, pero ha habido momentos especiales en mi viaje cuando la comprensión de Su amor se ha expandido dramáticamente. Y cada vez que Dios aumenta mi entendimiento de Su amor, ¡es aún más dulce que la anterior!

Si puedo orar una cosa por ti sería esta.

Sin importar tus circunstancias, donde has estado en el pasado, o lo que puedas estar temiendo acerca del futuro, esta es mi oración por ti:

Que tengas
Una más grande revelación,
Un entendimiento más profundo,
Una experiencia más dulce
Del amor de Dios por ti. (Sofonías 3:17)

¡Que seas sobrecogido y sobrepasado por el poder del amor de Dios fluyendo sobre ti! (Salmo 36:5)

Que derrames lágrimas de gozo al considerar este gran amor que te abraza. (Salmo 107:31,43)

Que cada momento en que experimentes el amor de Dios sea más dulce que el anterior. (Salmo 63:3)

¡Que APRENDAS más y más del Amor que Dios tiene para ti! (1 Jn. 4:16a)


Dios Todopoderoso, por todos aquellos que lean estas palabras, oro estas cosas porque sé que ya están en tu corazón. ¡Y yo sé que responderás más allá de lo que podemos pedir o pensar! ¡Bendito sea tu nombre!


Le pido que, por medio del Espíritu y con el poder que procede de sus gloriosas riquezas, los fortalezca a ustedes en lo íntimo de su ser, para que por fe Cristo habite en sus corazones. Y pido que, arraigados y cimentados en amor, puedan comprender, junto con todos los santos, cuán ancho y largo, alto y profundo es el amor de Cristo; en fin, que conozcan ese amor que sobrepasa nuestro conocimiento, para que sean llenos de la plenitud de Dios. -Efesios 3:16-19
